🇻🇬ENGLISH:
Accountability is nothing more than "responsibility", in the commitment to maintain what it has set out to achieve.
Example: drink more water!
We know very well, what are the benefits, which would bring at least 2.5 liters of water per day, to our well-being. I don't repeat them.
But the habit, now consolidated over time, of not drinking enough, of putting off that gesture, is tempting.
➡️If we promise ourselves something, it may be that, in the long run, we will not be able to keep it, perhaps finding excellent excuses.
For this reason, to be able to achieve our goal, we should create a wall of solid responsibility.
And the best and most functional are the ones we are looking for OUTSIDE OURSELVES!
➡️ Try to promise someone that you will drink 3 liters of water a day by showing them with messages or photos or videos.
You will not lie to yourself, you will certainly be more motivated and, above all, you will not want to DISAPPOINT that person who awaits you every day.
➡️I will teach you some tricks on how to carry out this sharing training.
You will reach the goal.
➡️ There are no excuses🤪, there are no time constraints🤩, no one asks you to put your face in it😅.
Discovering the power of this very simple gesture will make you reflect on how many other good daily commitments you will be able to practice.
YOU Don't believe ME ?? Try it for yourself! In these 6 days of challenge together.
