⭐️The goal of this challenge is to create a solid foundation to tackle everyday challenges, such as work, returning to school, and general commitments, with vigor and positive energy, starting from within ourselves.
⭐️In just 20 minutes a day, you'll get the chance to practice balance exercises.
⭐️This challenge aims to begin with ourselves before dealing with everything else. When we feel good and energetic, executing our daily routines becomes easier. If we radiate positivity, we also illuminate the path to finding effective solutions in complex situations.
⭐️This challenge is designed to make us appreciate the beauty of the morning and the power we have in deciding how to start it. When we feel content and in harmony with ourselves, and especially when we treat ourselves kindly, we are capable of treating others well too.
⭐️It's not too early, not too late - it's just right! ❤️
⭐️It is easy to follow and enjoyable - no matter what your current fitness level is.
